Each of my four boys came back from church on Sunday holding a prayer rock...not a little run of the mill prayer rock but a nice sized, if you lay your head on your pillow you will feel this rock, prayer rock. Darrin and I looked at each other and said, "Rules, now!" No throwing, hitting, or tossing. Four boys...four rocks....hmmmm. Needless to say, yesterday they came home with the rocks, today Connor has one less rock and Brayden has one nice goose egg. I am not sure if that is really the purpose of the prayer rocks but I will say Connor took one look at Dad and started to pray...maybe they really do work.

Ha ha ha! Prayer rocks ROCK!
I must say it's probably really good that Eth lost his prayer rock already. I don't know who would have decided it would make a good weapon first, Mayse or Eth. Hmmm..... glad we'll spared from finding out!
I love the story. Isn't throwing rocks what little boys are supposed to do? I imagine Chris threw many in his glory days, and I think I remember that one even hit his OWN HEAD!
Hmm, sounds like somebody in the primary paid no attention to page 1,946 section A9 of the Johnson's raising four little boys and surviving maitenance manual...
